Emotion-Focused Family Therapy Caregiver Workshop

Foundry Virtual is excited to host a FREE Emotion-Focused Family Therapy Caregiver workshop! This evidence-based workshop will introduce practical skills for parents and caregivers to strengthen relationships, increase cooperation and respond to strong emotional reactions, including expressions of worry, anger, hopelessness, even silence. The workshop will be offered online through Zoom over the course of 4 half-day sessions. This workshop is free of charge for all caregivers of young people ages 12-25 in BC. What's in Your Toolbox: Mindfulness Skills for Everyday Living

In collaboration with the Crisis Centre, Foundry Virtual is offering “What’s in Your Toolbox: Mindfulness Skills for Everyday Living”. A FREE eight-session online course where young people can learn and practice tools for “navigating life with a little more ease.” Attend all 8 sessions or drop-in for as many sessions as they/you choose! NSNH Youth Outreach

Our COVID-19 related services include:

FREE Counselling Support (for up to 6 weeks) CALL NOW 236-982-9871

We know it can be difficult to reach out for help, but we are here for you and your family. This free service is available for anyone impacted by this crisis including first responders, overwhelmed parents, and anyone feeling anxious, fearful, isolated, depressed – or grieving the loss of someone they love.

Call 236-982-9871 (local) Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) and speak directly with one of our highly skilled counsellors who provide the immediate support you need. They will schedule ongoing sessions as needed and also let you know about additional supports available for you and your family.

Hey everyone! Due to COVID-19, the John Braithwaite Community Centre and the Youth Centre will be closed until further notice. We understand that these are unprecedented times and that you may be overwhelmed with the amount of news surfacing on COVID-19 on cable, social media, work, family and friends. If you feel like you need support, information or even someone to talk to during these times, the NSNH Youth Workers are here so do not hesitate to reach out to us.
